Alliance Residential Co. has released details about its plans for a site on North Davidson Street.
CHARLOTTE — A Phoenix-based real estate developer released plans today for its latest multifamily project in the North Davidson Street corridor.
Alliance Residential Co. recently closed on 2.1 acres at 1000 N. Davidson St., next to Birdsong Brewery. The firm purchased the site for about $6.88 million, finalizing the deal on Nov. 10.

The project will wrap around Birdsong, which helped inspire its name — Broadstone Craft. The seven-story, 297-unit building will have a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 590 to 1,240 square feet.
