Nuneviller Part of USA Volleyball Training Camp – GoDucks.com

EUGENE, Ore. – Beginning Saturday, two-time All-American Brooke Nuneviller will spend the next week at the USA Women’s National Team Spring Training Camp (March 5-12) in Anaheim, Calif. She is one of several current collegians invited to compete and train under the National Team coaching staff.

The Chandler, Ariz., native has extended history within the USA Volleyball program beginning with the USAV Youth National Team (2016-18) prior to her career at Oregon. Her role continued as libero on the USAV Junior National Team that competed at the 2019 FIVB U20 World Championships

Nuneviller has also twice been named to the USAV Collegiate National Team (2020, ’21).

During the recent fall campaign, Nuneviller earned a spot on the AVCA All-America Second Team for a second-consecutive season. She was also named the 2021 AVCA Pacific North Region Player of the Year while averaging a career-high 3.96 kills per set to go along with 17 double-doubles.

In a four-set win at Rice, Nuneviller put down a season-high 31 kills coupled with 21 digs—her first of three matches during the fall with 20 or more digs. She recorded double-digit digs in 19 matches and finished the season with 3.19 digs per set.

Nuneviller reached 1,000 career kills in the regular-season finale at Oregon State, becoming the 21st player in program history to reach the milestone. Additionally, she will enter the 2022 season having collected more than 1,600 career digs and 100 career service aces.

Last weekend with the Oregon beach volleyball team, Nuneviller and Reagan Hope went 4-0 at the top spot in the lineup and helped the Ducks to a 3-1 mark to start the season.
