Pub to exit Riverwalk in Rock Hill – WSOC Charlotte
ROCK HILL, S.C. — The Brass Tap’s days in Rock Hill are numbered. National Restaurant Properties has listed the lease and assets for that space in the Riverwalk mixed-use development for $325,000. It is at 819 Terrace Park.
“We tried to salvage it, but we just have to get out at this point,” says Tim Bailey, who owns the franchise location with Michael Sobel.
The 80-seat restaurant is 3,000 square feet, with patio space. The lease for that space is set to expire in 2027 with two five-year extensions possible. Assets include a 22-tap remote glycol system, full kitchen and dining room setup.
Shawn McCullough with NRP is representing the Brass Tap in the sale. “Because of Rock Hill’s proximity to Charlotte, it’s seen as a logical landing spot for many concepts looking to expand,” he says.
